Ph.D. Program in English as an International Language

Our doctoral program is designed to cultivate distinguished scholars capable of advancing knowledge in English linguistics, language pedagogy, and assessment through innovative, interdisciplinary research. By integrating theoretical depth with practical expertise, the program equips graduates to assume leadership roles in academia, research, and global language education. With a strong emphasis on intellectual rigor and professional ethics, we prepare candidates to make meaningful contributions to the evolving role of English in international communication and education.
